Sat. Nov. 8th: St. Stephen’s Altar Guild
The St. Stephen’s Altar Guild will meet after the 9am Mass on Saturday, November 8th. The Guild strives to provide altar servers with greater understanding of their role in the liturgy so that they may serve with increasing reverence and prayerfulness and thereby be led to a deepening response to their vocation in life.
Sat Nov 8, 5PM: Juventutem Young Adults Campfire Night!
Join us for a Campfire Night with Fr. Eichman on Saturday, November 8th, starting at 5:00PM located at Fort Washington State Park. 500 South Bethlehem Pike, Fort Washington. (Campsite, Loop C—Ridge Rd.) It is a tailgate-style night, so come dressed in your favorite sports jersey, bring your favorite games, and something to share! If you play an instrument, feel free to bring it along! Scan the QR code for more information and to sign up! We’ll need everyone’s help to make the evening a great success! St. Mary Polish American Society Raffle - Going on Now!
Tickets are on sale for the sixth annual St. Mary Polish American Society Raffle. The raffle will feature $10,000 in prizes paid out to seven winning tickets and will be broken down as follows:
1st Prize- $5,000
2nd Prize- $2,000
3rd Prize- $1,000
Tickets are $50 each. A total of 500 tickets will be sold. Raffle proceeds support our mission of promoting Polish heritage in Montgomery County and the ongoing restoration of St. Mary Church. St. Mary Polish American Society Christmas Food Sale
We are happy to announce the return of our annual St. Mary Polish American Society Christmas Food Sale so everyone can stock up on yummy Polish treats in time for the holidays. Food items will include:
• Babkas (cheese, cinnamon crumb, or raspberry cheese) for $17 each
• Frozen pierogi (potato, potato cheese, or sauerkraut) for $10 per dozen
• Kiełbasa for $9 per pound
• Blessed opłatki (Polish Christmas wafer) are also available for a free will donation.
The deadline for food orders will be Wednesday, December 3rd. Order pick-up will be on Friday, December 12th, and Saturday December 13th from 1-4PM at St. Mary Catholic Church Hall in Conshohocken.
Men’s Night Sponsored by the Holy Name Society
Wed Nov 12, 7PM—INDUCTION CEREMONTY
St. Mary’s Men’s Night is open to all men of the parish over 18 on Wednesday, November 12 beginning at 7:00pm. The night will begin with the Annual Holy Name Induction Ceremony in the main church, and will follow with dinner, drinks, fellowship, and a talk by Fr. Gismondi downstairs. Father is giving a series of talks on the Gospel of St. Matthew. One does not have to be joining the Holy Name Society to attend. If someone would like to join the Holy Name Society or would like more information on the Holy Name Society, please contact Dan McCormick at stmarys.hns@gmail.com.
